Mr. Orison CHAPONDA is a Malawian national with more than 20 years of relevant and progressive professional experience in the governance sector gained in semi-autonomous government institutions in Malawi, Botswana, Zambia, Ethiopia, and Kenya and the management and implementation of development cooperation programs and projects in Sub-Saharan Africa
