Mr. Saidu Idrissa Kanu is a feminist, youth activist, environmentalist and presently NMDHR lead programs volunteer, pursuing a Bsc honors in gender and development studies a the university of Sierra Leone Fourah Bay College.

Mr. Kanu ia also an active member of the movement for Gender Equality for Good Governance Sierra Leone, a local intiative that work towards women participation in all spheres of life in Sierra Leone.
